Well, I have got a problem in my BSNL Broadband and the BSNL employees are not helping me. They are sure as they don't know anything.
I am calling them from last 2weeks and my complin sacket no is 30020 and even then they haven't solved my problem.
Whenever I connect it says "Error:691 Invalid username or password".
And I am using the correct one as supplied by bsnl.
