Sir,

I had booked ticket irtc's Ticketing service through inter net on 19 Jul for the train MANGALA- LAKSHADEEP EXPRESS (Train No.12618) for traveling on 20 Jul vide PNR NO. 2137216080 shedule at 20.30 Hrs.(Transactin ID: 0531269547) The train was delyed for 10.00 Hrs due the train accident at Nasik-Bombay 19 Jul. Soon after hearing delay of train by 10.00 Hrs i have cancelled the ticket. I have paid Rs. 282/- through my Debet Card of Bank of India vide No 5264 9510 1905 5841 (A/C NO.101910110000526).

Kindly refund the ticket at the earliest
