Damage certificate for damages in transportation of household goods

My household goods were transported from mumbai to Guwahati in MAY/ JUNE. The goods were delivered in totally damaged conditions after too much of delay. The goods were not even delovered in the house though payment made for the same.

Immediate complaints were made through email and letters.

the complaint was registered as MBI 188.

The consignment note number was 001817.

Compant number 011 47077727

Inspite of several letters, emails and numerous phone calls the company has not furnished the required damage certificate after such ENOURMOUS DELAYS.

I am not able to get the insurance claims through Insurance company due to such attitude of the comany.

I request following:

Immeduate furnishing of damage certificate

immediate retun of payment for incomplete services.

Immediate payment of compensation for such impathatic attitude of the company causing mental trauma.
