Missing Item No: 06, i.e. suitcase includes expensive items worth Rs. 1.5 Lacs

Dear Mam/Sir,

I was transefered Mumbai to Lucknow. So, I booked my house hold item with Caravan Movers & Packers (Vishwahind Logistics Ltd) on 13th of Jan'2011. My receipt no is 20851. I have done my all payment (Rs 20500/-) by chq in advance.

After 14 days, i received my house hold items on 26th Jan'2011. But I didnt receive my item no 06 i.e. suitcase with valuable items. I enquired with Delhi office (Mr. Gulab) and Mumbai office (Mr. Anuj & Mr Badal). But there was no proper feedback is given to me.
