Extra membership charged

I am member of Race car helpline service for the past 6-7 years for two cars and no doubt the service is satisfactory but this time on repeated requests by your customer service executive I though tof availing your services. Your executive told me that because I am an old member they will give me at 399/- annual membership but the persom who came to give membership card charged 499/- from us.(Voucher no. DEL 000082454

This is cheating on your part that you give lucrative offer over phone but take advantage when the offer is actually availed.
