Refund for failed Transaction

Sir/mam,
I have booked tickets in IRCTC website to travel in egmore express (17652) dated 14-03, i booked tickets on 07-03, but the payment transaction has failed and they showed some error in the server, but Rs.772 has been deducted from my account and i didn't get any ticket from irctc, instead they are showing a message telling that " payment not received from the Bank", now what should i do to get my money back? i have the transaction id with me.
