Sorry to bother you, but your staff left no choice.
14th June - Had given my alto Car for AC servicing. The cooling was good but there was continous noice which started coming the moment AC was put on. tHIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IN 4 years that i was experiencing such a noice.
2nd July - I went to your gurgaon service station to tell them about the same, Mr Gurjeet singh gave me a reason that its nothing but engine vibration. He was ver y ngligent during my complaint.
The 2nd instance was that the vent had some straw pipes which were not removed during AC service, inspite of specifically instructuing Mr Gaurav for doing the same. I wonder how the AC service was done with cleaning the vents. The same was removed on 2nd July.
When i went back again on 14th Juely 2011 to tell them that my AC has stoped working despite a costly service of 2152/- rs from carnation, Gaurav inspested and told me that compressor belt is broken and maybe compressor is jammed and the noice which used to come was that of the belt. On which they said that due water going on the belt this happens.
My question is all the while 4 years my vehicle had neved had any problem despite heavy rains last year, how come suddenly after AC service this problem starts. Had mr Gurjeet been serious abou this duties on 2nd July this could have been prevented and now he is not ready to accept his fault and further suggesting me to bear the cost of compressor repair. Which i think i should be compensated for.
Sir requesting your intervention to make service at CARNATION more customer friendly and transparent.
