Within last three months I got my car serviced for 2 times in Carnation Hyderabad - Bangalore.
In Hyderabad (Sanathnagar - Carnation):
I explained my issues and during the delivery I paid more than Rs. 8000 for the service. Of course I am bit shocked with the bill, but thought that my car got serviced well.
Not a single issue is resolved.
And I observed that my petrol tank is empty. (7-8 liters is missing)
I mailed to the founder of Carnation to Jagadish Khattar about my experience and he followed it up and an executive called me for re-service.By that time I shifted to Bangalore and they asked me to visit Carnation in Banagalore (Marthahalli).
As per their request I visited Carnation in Bangalore, and said about my issue 2-3 service executives checked my car and said it takes 3 days. And I left the car their and after 3 days I called them to enquire about it and they said it is done. And again immediately I got a call from another and informed me that the servicing is done.
Now the bill is around Rs. 4000.
After that I faced new issue apart from existing ones. They disturbed the car wiring (Electrical) and the previous issues are not solved. After one week I went back to them and said about the issues. They have temporarily taken care of electrical issue and said it is done. After 1 hour i started facing again the same issues. I went back again. Now they took 2 hours to solve that issue and asked me to leave the vehicle or bring back the vehicle. That's it. I never visited them back.
It's not over. I found that my tool kit and Jack rod is missing and when asked them. As usual they claimed that there were no such things in the car.
I spent Rs. 8000 in Hyderabad and Rs. 4000 in Bangalore.
Total I lost more than Rs. 13500 in Carnation with no issue resolved (including the missing things).
My friend who got his vehicle serviced in Bangalore carnation by my reference is also facing similar issues.
I will never ever visit to Carnation again and I also suggest to all that not to visit Carnation.
