Sir,

I have given my vehicle on rent to Godwadi Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd. The company have given me post dated cheques but have not been realized due to insufficient funds.

I asked the company to return the vehicle but have failed to do so. In-spite of repeated follows up they are not returning the vehicle, forget about the payment. Moreover they are not responding to our emails, sms and phone calls.

Kindly help
