I am proud owner of Royal enefield electra m/cycle 350 cc model 2010 october. One month before i went to Cashmir Auto sales, Authorised service and showroom of bullet in Pathankot, Punjab, for checking Disc brake of my bullet and there they told me that they have to clean the disc pads, i said ok, during opening of disc pad they used some wrong tool which resulted in damaging nut bolt of disc machinery... Nut bolt of my disc becomes free and now disc brake is not working when i ask them to give me new nut bolt they told me that right now they dont have the nut bolt so you have to come after some days as you can run your bike in normal speed and this will not effect on your bike riding as its just a disc pad problem, After one month on today dated 31st march i went to their showroom Cashmir autosales, there i ask for New nut bolt which they damaged earlier then there reply is that nut bolt will cost Rupees 500/- to me for repair it and they also told me that they have to drill that nut bolt from outside private welding service station which will cost rupees 150 / extra to me, when i said why i pay for this as it's your workers fault they said its normal that during some checking nut can damage and customer has to pay for this, and their way of talking is also very poor... then i pay rs 150/-for drill and said that i dnt want other repair to done from your service station and i will repair from some another service station so please give me new nut of disc brake, then they give me new nut for Rs 100/- which is very shocking for me that a simple nut which i think must not cost above Rupees 20 - 30 rupees and they charged 100 Rupees from me... when i ask for Bill reciept they told me that today is 31st march and they will not give reciept as they have to close the accounts so please come after 31st march and they will give bill...
Sir my complaint is that why i Pay for a repair when the fault is entirely of service station which damaged the nut bolt... and why they charge extra chrarges and dont give me that bill...
