Very poor service from castle packers & movers The castle Movers & Packers is one of those companies which provide the least info about the procedure of transporting and they are the least bother to pick up the customer's call. I had such a bad experience with them which is unforgettable. Their packing is really bad as I received some of my stuffs damaged. It might be the poor transportation system using a third party transporter (CCL Relocators for Bangalore). I also found one of my boxes missing and on asking about that missing box I used to receive convincing reply at first (that I should be getting in 2-3 days) and then a blunt reply that they didn't even have that box. These people don't even care about the customer, as I received my stuffs after more than a month and upon repeatedly asking for the whereabouts of my consignment, I used to received initial reply as it has already reached my destination city and after few days as it will reach next week to my destination city. They know at their best how to lie to customer and loose/misplace their stuffs. This company seems to be a fraud sometimes
