I have purchased a Honda CB TWISTER bearing registration No- OR-02-BM-7967 from the dealer GUGNANI MOTORS, Biswal Commercial Complex, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar on 09.03.2011. Thereafter when I went to the GUGNANI service center to get service my vehicle, always they answered now the booking for service is over, come after 3 days. Thereafter on 29.03.2011 they serviced my vehicle without wash the same. Thereafter I attempted for subsequent servicing but fail to get serviced my vehicle. Though I drag attention of the Service Manager, instead of did the needful, he abused me and questioned me If you are in my position, what would you did at your end.
