No delivery of car at the given time

Regarding Delay Of Delivery of CAR. We have already paid the down payment on the date 07.07.2012 of a car.

They assured us to deliver the car (XYLO D4) on 20.07.2012 by 9 p.m. till now we did not receive our delivery and the agent responsible for delivery of the car now refused to make delivery.we are totally confused now what to do kindly enlighten our path.
