I booked for a taxi from Chennai Call Taxi around 5.30 pm to carry a patient from one hospital to another on 24th Dec.

I was informed that taxi will reach around 6.pm.
Around 5.50pm, I telephoned to Chennai Call Taxi and inquired the status for which I got a reply that the taxi is on its way and will reach me in another 15 mins. Also I inquired about the non-receipt of SMS for which they gave a reply the 'System is not working, so SMS could not be sent'.
Around 6.30pm, I telephoned again to know the status, for which they gave the same reply that taxi will reach in another 15 mins.
Every time I informed them the urgency.
Around 7pm again, I telephone them, to get the standard reply that taxi will reach in another 15 mins.
When I questioned their repeated same reply, I was informed that first taxi got break down so they sent the second taxi.
The second taxi also got break down and therefore, they are planning to send another taxi and I will have to wait for another 30mins.
No doubt Chennai Call taxi is building up a story every time to cover their inefficiency in providing call taxi service.
Chennai Call Taxi does not have the basic courtesy of informing the customer of the possible delay.
I request you all not to use Call Taxi Inefficient Service.
