Dear Sir,

I wish to draw your attention on the following

My flight was scheduled for Jan 14th Emirates 9.55am Mumbai to Dubai to Frankurt. Unfortunately while reaching at the airport, I fell really sick and almost fainted. My father called up the reservations emirates office to postpone my ticket where the lady responding to the query said that we should tentatively book for the 30th Jan. She specifically said that you can prepone it to whichever date I wanted to in 2 days at a cost of rupees 5000 extra.

But when I called up the office to book it for 24th Jan, the people there told me thats not possible since the flight was full. The lady had misguided us completely. It really took me long till I could get any answer which was not convincible.

I am a requent traveller with Emirates and I am really sorry to say that the customer care was really rude as well as misguiding.

I guess I am done with using your airlines and no longer wish to be a part of it.

This mail is just so that other customers are not misguided. I also claim for my refund for cancelling the ticket.

Even last year, when I travelled on 11th Oct I had a problem that my vegan meal was given to someone else and they did not have any extra meal. I did not complain and make a fuss on flight. I could have been really nasty and could also take you to court.

But with the incident on 14th Jan, I really do not wish to be a part of emirates and will recommend all my friends and family for the same.
