Dear Sir/Madam,

On 25 May, I gave my Car for body work and first service at KLN Motors at Guindy, Chennai. Insurance has been approved and claimed on 29 May. The KLN motor service department committed that they will deliver the vehicle On 31 May. On 31st May they didnt deliver the car On 1 June I called the KLN motor service department but I had no proper response when they will deliver the car. Whenever I call them they are asking for the Car no and they are telling they will check the status and call back. But I didnt receive any call regarding the same or if we call them they are not picking the Call.

Before booking the Vehicle I got quotation from Hyundai, TATA and Maruthi. After booking Spark those people told me service will not be good with Cheverlet. Now it show how much real it is.

Kindly confirm when I will receive my Car. Lots of commitments are affected due to this.
