I met with an accident morning 1st of January. I gave my car for repair the same day. Till today 26th of Jan i haven't got my car back. Worser still I have to keep following up with the service center TVS and I rarely get a call back. The cost of the spare part is extremly high worser still the labour cost is even higher. They have a monoply in the market since there are no other authorised GM service centers in Chennai. Extremly poor service that has made me regret my decision to buy a GM car. It is most certainly a Maruti the next time, previously I had a Zen and the service and cost for replacement with Maruti is much more cheaper, efficient and more customer friendly.
