POOR SERVICE

With high aspirations we brought our first car from TALERA MOTORS, but say the least the experience was really bad. Even after a week of car delivery we have not received the documents and registrations number, along with the accessories promised. Now I cannot even take my car out, as the registration is missing. Chatan Modi is the person responsible from TALERA motors and not sure even the line in command (SAMEER PARDESI, Mr, GOKHALE) also care for the customer issues.

If there is anyone from GM who looks into such complaints, do something please...
