My Optra has been with your authorized service centre in Mumbai (Ashtivinayak Motors) for repairs for the last 1 month. The guys there do not reply to calls or SMS. There is no update received from then on when the delivery of the repaired car will happen. The only thing call I have received from them is telling me that the initial bill of Rs 10, 000 has increased to Rs 40, 000.
I am simply disgusted with the service levels provided. I have 3 Optra's in my family & was always a Chevy fan, but now I will ensure all these 3 cars are sold off & never in my life will I buy a GM product again.
Calls to the central help desk are useless. When I complained saying the authorized service centre is not helping, they said they would resolve it within 24 hours. When I called them again after 2 days since I did not get a call, they politely gave me the no of the service centre again & said only the service centre can help you & they cannot do anything...!!!
At the end of the month, I still dont know if I will ever get my card back or not...
