The hospitality staff is the poorest, I have ever seen. Breakfast was offered at 09:00hrs that too when some passengers aksed for. The cleanliness of the T - cups & the plates is really unbearable. The toilets are literally stinking even worst than any General Coach. The hospitality staff is not al all bothered about any requests passenegers are making. A/C is running in shifts with a switching between ON & OFF. If IRCTC is not in such a situation to run Rajdhani and unable to maintain its dignity than rather it should close such trains. However, the train is in time at every station for which Indian Railways is really appreciable.
These private players are ruining the recovering image of the Indian Government.
I know that this text written is not at all going to help in any case, but atleast I can blast out my feelings, Because in India this is the worst part that being the biggest democraric country in world the common citizens are not at all heard of.
