I bought spark car this year in 1st week of january since then i am facing problems with it, it has electrical problem and ac problem last month when i was coming back from punjab it stopped on the way without any warning i called agency and after waiting for more then hour their mechanic arrived and replaced fuel pump but still car was not turning on so we towed it to agency and it took them two days to sort out the problem it was major electrical fault at the same time ac was not working and they diagnosed damaged condenser for which i paid Rs 6000/-plus Rs 1600/-for gas though i claimed through insurence. To day when i turned on car ac was not working again took car to agency and it was blown fuse. Month before when i was in punjab i faced same problem it stopped in the middle of the road without any warning and towed car to agency paid Rs 500/- there for its repair again it was electrical fault
i am unable to understand why so many faults just with in 5 months and what they are manufacturing .when this compeny claims they won so many awards for quality are they are getting quality awards for manufacturing rubbish.
i request pl forward my complaint to this company as well as i want replacement car or my money back.
