Dear Sir/Madam,
I want register the complaint in after sales service of Chevrolet Cruze.
I have bought the Chevrolet Cruze (MH 14 CC 6992) on dated 16th Sept. Since then i am regretting my decision as i have encountered uncountable problems in Chevrolet Cruze.
1. From Day one A/c is not working. They did temporary rectification but still problem not solved.
2. Later they have found that condenser is faulty. they kept the car for three days and changed a new condenser.
3. After two months outside smell is coming in the cabin. they kept the car for three days and again the solution was temporary and not resolved.
4. On 9th June I have given my car for service with all the problems. already three days are gone and there is no commitment from service centre pashankar auto wheel pvt. ltd., Mumbai Banglore highway, Baner, Pune. Service executive sangram (9860198632) told that he has no clue when the problem will be resolved and when they can give the car. After that i complaint to Satish (9860198616) another employee of pashankar but still no response.
Chevrolet (General Motors India) service is very poor and there treatment of customers is exceptionally disastrous. there employee behavior is ruthless and unacceptable.
I have no option but to sell this car which is terrible product of General Motors India
