Egarding balance account in pre paid sim

Validity for the no.9944003834 is over on march 22nd, i missed the sim and i bought the new sim for the same no.

balance amount (around 1000-1200 Rs) on the old sim is not transversed to new one...

i made many complients to customer care officer... since 15 days grace period is over after the validity date they are refusing to take the action for this compleint...

i am expecting the favour from ur side kindly take the proper action to solve this problem...

i am expecting the good reply form ur side...
