Cleartip
Refunds not recieved

I had made 2 bookings for airline travel from New Delhi to Jodhpur through Cleartrip. However, I was informed by Indian Airlines directly that this flight has been cancelled. However I did not receive any information about this from Cleartrip. When I tried to cancel my tickets on cleartrip, cancellation charges were being deducted from my refund. However as per the airline policy, no cancellation charges to be borne by customer in case of cancellation of flight itself.

Even after writing emails and making phone calls to them, there is no reply from Cleartrip. Any idea how to proceed further with an official complaint.
