No cash back after 25days of booking

I had booked a ticket on 8th june from Indore to Bangalore with trip id 1006088601. I was supposed to get a 25% cashback within 5 working days but till date i.e 1 July I have not got any cashback and niether any information regarding the delay in my cashback, I tried to call at their given number that is also not working.

Kindly help me get my cashback.
