Household goods not delivered

I got a quotation from Mr. Verma of CM Logistic packers and movers (Mob:-9375075030) for shifting my household goods from Surat to Bhopal. He included some third party called CRS transport Co.in it. My goods was booked on 31.03.2010 from Surat and Mr. Verma promised to deliver it on 02.04.2010.Today It's 9.04.2010 and He is not even picking my phone calls, I don't know where my goods are, as CRS transport persons are befooling me everyday. I have paid 7600/- and they told me to give 1500/- after delivery.

I have lost hope after loosing lot of money in phone calls to CRS transport Co.persons name-1.Mr. Gauri Shankar sharma (Mob:09727291411),

2.Mr. Dinesh Sharma (9879351318).

Please take some action and help me to get my goods delivered at Bhopal.
