I have sent a below detailed complaint to Spicejet. but no reply. please read through this before booking Spicejet
Complaint:
This is regarding the cancellation of the ticket, PNR# Q4LJBE.
By mistake I have booked a ticket for October 5th, actually it was indented for October 15th. I agree that it was a mistake from my end. BUT I haven’t got any intimations (calls or SMS) at least an 30 minutes before the flight departure. I feel like both parties (me and Spice jet) has to bear the responsibility.
So when contacted to the spice jet customer care on 10/07, they are telling it is not possible to reimburse more than INR 2000 (ticket cost INR 7350).
I am really sorry that I cannot accept this deal. I would request you to reimburse at least 80% of the ticket cost.
To bringing you in notice. I am a frequent traveler in Spice jet (you could check with my Phone number/name, 9052335533, Name- Babu Rajanish).
After this incident I may rethink my future travel options with Spice jet. Kindly reimburse 80% of the ticket fare. Looking ahead for a positive response from your end.
