I booked a gas refill cylinder at Commander Gas Service on 29.3.2010 and it is 12th May now and the gas has not been delivered at yet. The services of the company is worst. Earlier also the gas booked on 28.1.2010 was sent in first week of March and thereafter they refused to get another gas booking taking the gas booking as on the date of delivery and asked to call for booking after 21 days, though i had booked the same on 28.1.2010. This attitude of the company is continuing since long and despite repeated calls and approaches the gas has not been sent till date.
My consumer number is 5166 and is in the name of Sri Naseem Akhtar.
Thus, the said company requires strict action and a direction to deliver the gas at the earliest possible time, as prescribed. I call the company daily and every time excuse is made.
