Complaint for J S Automobiles
Falls commitments and using duplicate and resale parts in authorized dealer of maruti

Respected sir,

My vehicle Maruti ritz vdi for whole renovation given to J S Automobiles in ambernath maruti's authorized dealer. I given my vehicle in march and J S Automobiles commited to me that he will return back in one month time in condition as it same how we got from showroom and now one year is completed still i didn't received back my vehicle and already i paid to J S Automobile Rs.2, 35, 000/- whole amount which he is demanding, and he has commited that he will use all new and original parts in my car and I observed more than 50 percent parts are old and duplicate and he has given so many falls commitments and so many dates that your vehicle will ready in short time of period, and now he is telling me that i don't know any thing when your car is ready i will call you,

Now maruti company is also take this matter very lightly, and not co-operating with me, the area manager of maruti company mr.chetan bokare who visited the workshop of J S automobiles, now chetan also is doing the internal setting with J S automobiles and take the side of J S automobiles, now he demading more money, and now the owner of J S Automobiles mr. sunny is telling me do whatever you want, please help me to sort this problem
