Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice on how a lady staff (with thick specs) in Dharmapuri railway station used foul language against the passengers who went to buy tickets.
On 20th of November at 4:30pm. I went to get a ticket from Dharmapuri to Bangalore Cantonment station. This lady staff gave me a ticket till Bangalore City Junction (Rs.53/- for Cantonment and Rs. 54/- for city Junction) though i gave her the change of Rs. 53/- she asked for one more rupee and gave me ticket to City Junction. Though the difference is Rs. 1/- I asked her why cant you give me a ticket till Cantonment. Her reply was, " I am not your house maid, I cant answer your questions and then she started using foul language). While issuing ticket she was still speaking on her mobile on the other hand. I told her why cant you stop speaking on your mobile and give me the correct ticket. Thats when she started abusing so much in Tamil. I couldnt stand there because she was acting like a woman in fish market, shouting so loud and doesnt even know what customer service is. I told her that she should keep in her mind that she is a Public servant and behave.
Kindly take some action against her or give her a course of how to behave with common people who come to buy tickets.
