Cooking gas agency from adayar chennai supplied us a gas cylinder on 3.3.2011 (Consumer No.1755 Mr. N. Subramanian) with seal intact. But subsequently we found there was leakage from the bottomon 10.3.3011 and we complained the same day. A mechanic came only after one day and said that it was manufacturing fault.i.e. wear and tear in the bottom. They never listened to our complaints and they demanded money to replace the cylinder with new one. We have to pay for no fault of us. These people from the ageency are not serious about the leakage their only throught is to get money.
