This agency provides gas cylinders for Rs 399 printed on the receipt. Normally a customer would pay Rs 400 ie 4*100 (notes) for the bill. The provider is supposed to pay Re.1 back to the user which they will never do. And when u ask them to pay the remaining balance back, the person would say that they don't have change to pay back. The consumer won't pay much attention to it and would leave the balance but if we consider the situation in terms of all the consumers say there are 250-500 cylindes supplied a day, the company is able to make Rs 500 profit in one day which I would consider as black.!.. Is it justifiable?? when a rupee price hike in petrol causes a lot of hustle and bustly in the country..!!. and if these guys cant carry the change .. why dont the print Rs 400 on the receipt for convenience..!!
