On 11th July we had asked Ekta Packer and Movers owner Mr.yogesh to deliver our bike from Vaishali Gzb to Ratlam-Rajasthan.
He charged us 3500/- and gave us reciept for delivery in next 4 days.
We started chasing him for delivery when after 6 days there was no update for bike. We use to disconnect our calls or not answered them. Whenever answered gave us wtong udate that bike is on way./.due to heavy rain was not able to deliver .15 days were past and there was no update on bike.
We were about to log FIR against him but then we recieved a call from blue dart after 20 days that bour bike is there with them @ udaipur and they asked us to collect it from udaipur although reciept was given for delivery till ratlam
We were mentally harrased and when the bike was collected form udaipur our helmet was missing.
We want you to take serious action against himas he is fooling customer by giving wrong committments and then mentally harrasing them by not giving proper updates about their belongings.
