On 20st June I expressed my interest to sale my Alto Lxi, Reg No. WBO2X 2210, to Maruti True Value, Dewer's Garage via their staff Ms Prianka Das. On 21nd June their valuer inspected my said car. On 23rd June they agreed to pay INR160, 000.00 which I agreed. On 23rd June they had taken delivery of my car together with Royal Sundaram’s insurance policy no.300246392, road tax no H535507, pollution test certificate, battery warranty, photocopy of voter identity and PAN card and two ignition keys of the car. I also at their request delivered them blank NOC, blank Form 28, blank Form 29, blank Form 30 duly signed by me. In their letter dated 23rd June addressed to me they promised to pay INR160, 000.00 on 28th June. But they did not pay me on stipulated day. On my repeated reminders they did not send the cheque to me. On 1st July they informed me that they dropped a cheque in cheque drop box of my banker HSBC, B.B.D. Bagh branch on 30th June. On 1st July, their cheque no.094622 was dishonoured by your banker with remark “Insufficient Fund”. I am feeling disgusting by your dealings, which seems not trustworthy. I am yet to get payment.
