Non delivery of cylinde

Sir,

I Sri B.C patnaik consumer no 8770, of M/S Laxmi Bharat Gas Agency, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar, Odisha I have been booked from 27th Feb but till to day (i.e 22/3) i did not got the cylinder form the above agency. But cylinder is available in the open market of Rs 600 to 700.

Please. do the need ful.
