No proper response on phone for booking of Gas Cylinde

Diana Gas Service Center at Worli, Dr. E.Moses Rd, I am trying Call center no. 12664 and 4 lines of Diana gas Service 2495 2527/28/29, 2492 5950 to book a cylinder since two days continiously but no body is answering the call

i don't know how do i book my cylinder since i am facing this problem many times please help me out if i compalint about this they talk roughly.
