DELAY IN DELIVERY

I have booked Maruti Swift Dezire (ZXI) MIDNIGHT BLACK ON 1.6.2010 at ABT MARUTI COIMBATORE . At the time of the booking i have been told AND GIVEN IN WIRTTING THAT will get the delievery in 3 months time ..But even after the 3 months and 15 days there is no indication of delivrey.and even the dealer is not sure when they can give the delievery. They just said that this car is in waitin... i dont understand HOW MUCH SHOULD A CUSTOMER WAIT..

I just want that my concern will be resolved..!!
