Dear sir,
I have purchased above mentioned car from Satluj Motors Mandi in the month of oct. At the time of Delivery I was told that free coupons are not available and it will be sent to me as and when it reaches in their agency.sir more than 11 months has been passed no free coupons has been sent. I have already spent 250/ -on my first sevice. More than 100 call has been made to them, every time they say that they will sent free coupons to authorised service station at Kangra.. When on 16/9, I went to Kangra to get my car serviced, they told me that they have not Received any free coupons from Mandi, this causes a lot of embrassement to me. I have never expected such bad deal from Tata. I am very shortly going to write it in complaint box of the tribune, if my complaint is not heard properly.
