Dear Sirs, This was a sample shipment to Kanpur, and should havebeen delivered by the 14th April.

Today the status shows the parcel has been redirected to Howrah - for reasons best known to them.

This is not the first time. They keep goofing up parcels and the personnel do not have the faintest idea where the present location of the parcel is.

This is horrible. Theymake you miss opportunities.

Please teach them business.
