My consumer no. SA972 and I am a resident of 19, North Vijay Nagar Colony, Agra (Uttar Pradesh) (My cell No. is 9917162187) M/s Sita Gas Service (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder, when i said to delivery boy he answed that he repled in rudeway, only have those cylinder and also said that if you have need to take it otherwise cancel the booking. When i said to delare, he not answering proper and also not take action on it till now.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
