Dear sir/madam,
With due respect informing you that I am Mrs. Shampa Mondal (consumer no-14394), had indented a domestic Indane LPG cylinder on 26/11 by E-mail. Somebody (not known) had told me, I can purchase it at the time of again refilling the existing cylinder. Now I am standing on that platform. I am using a kerosene stove for 4days. I have followed-up several times to my "SARENGA GAS SERVICE", Sankrail, Andul, Howrah, W.B, India. Nobody response at positive way. I am a house-wife. I am in very!!! critical situation. I will hope, lookafter the mater seriously. I am appology to you, where my mistake.
