I have purchased I-20 just before 5 months from Downtown motors. I had received defective car key since the time of purchase. When I gave car for 1st free service I informed them to repair but their staff said that this cannot be repaired and at present the whole key has been damaged. Seems it is having spring problem. My car number GJ-6/ED-9587. Purchasing costly cars and not getting service from from dealers or hynduai is really absurd. And the men at Down Town does not even talk properly. Please look in the matter to resolve my problem.
