We have given our Marina LS for alternate repair about a year back. From there we are facing the problem of failure of head lights and over charging of the battery. The same we have complied to the concorede motors as well your call center. Immediately a person from the dealer came and advised us to change the battery. We have changed the battery. The problem is reputing and the dealer advised to put a cutout we had the same. Still the problem is persisting and your call center people have asked about the feed back we informed the same. Immediately from the dealer side we got a call that they want to resolve the problem. We have given it for rectification. Now he came with a bill of Rs.7000/- . For the same problem how many times you bill it?? Second thing in the mean while we have given it for wheel alignment. They did not done properly, the result was one Tyre one side completely gone bad. Now who will take the responsibility for the 2 things???

The alternate problem should resolve without second time payment.

i want a new Tyre from them - They did wrong aliment

There service advices have to trained properly to handle the customers
