Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your attention that my drivers electronic backseat has not been functioning since the second service warranty.
I was assured previously by Mr. Liyakatali and now by Mr. Dipesh that it would be replaced free of cost as a faulty motor had been placed during service.
Being my 3rd Skoda and I do not expect any fault since its done only 20, 000 kms.
This inappropriate and callous behaviour is not expected from a company of repute.
I expect the motor to be replaced free of cost since the tampering was done in the seecond service.
