Ticket refund amount not received for more than a month

Flight Cancelled - refund not yet received - more than a month

I have booked 4 Madurai to Chennai Tickets for 06th Sep, 10 thru Paramount Airlines. but Airlines cancelled the flight at last minute and they did not arrange any alternative also. Paramount customer care confirmed they would refund the airticket with in 7 days. But still I have not received my refund and no response from Airlines for phone calls.

All the customer care numbers which they have posted in the website are not working.
