I have civic car purchaged in 2007. I have met with accident. The ciivic car damaged badly for which i approached Aspen honada vadodara on 23rd August. The body shape manager Mr. Sachin Gandhi had given astimate of Rs.2.5 initialy. After that it has increased to Rs 5.81. There were some parts of the car were not damaged, which were replaced by old damaged parts of the other car.
There was an approvel of Rs.286090 from Bajaj Allianze with Ref claim no. OC - 11 - 2201 - 1801 - 00003226 on 27th August. But Aspen Motors never bothered to inquire about that.
We have informed about the same. Then Mr. Nikunj asked me to deposit Rs. 50000 to start the repair and wanted forcefully to sign the consent for the same. Then I asked for the exact time for delivery but they have denied
Service manager or Aspen Honda has given threaten that they will not do repairing unless I pay Rs.50000.
When there is a cashless facility from Bajaj with approvel so what is the problem to start repairing work.
There is some mutual understancing between Aspen and surveyor.
If the Aspen motors is not able to carry out repair my car give me the alternative to repair the car. The service manager was doing Gundagiri with customer to get a consent sign forcefully and to deposit the money.
