I got a esteem car financed my Llyods Finance Ltd in 1997, i had fully paid the installments of the car but i havent recieved no due certificate from the company regarding the car. now i want to get the hypotheciation deleted from registration certificate but Llyods finance hasnt provided me NOC. PLZ GET IT DONE URGNTLY.
