A consignment, containing 3 packets includes (wedding card & sweet box). On taking delivery, one packet was not delivered at all, second packet was delivered but the sweet box is empty and the other packet was delivered but the packing was opened and some sweets are missing from the sweet box. Consignment no. are ZO2768024, ZO2768023, ZO2768022.The matter was reported to the sending office (Lodhi Road, Delhi). This is a case of gross indifference on the part of a courier agency.
Further complaints were ladged to the courier agency and compensation was demanded but to no effect. The courier agency hasn;t botehred to respond.
