Denying Services after booking consignment

While booking the consignment P 17738832 on 19.01.2012 Navipeth (PUNE) office has confirmed that the consignment will be delivered within 3-4 days to the mentioned address. Last two I had been tracking this consignment sent from Navipeth to Yeola Dist Nashik

I surprised today when, Pune Head office lady has arrogantly told me that DTDC don’t deliver consignments to PIN – 423401, mentioned in the consignee address on DTDC booking slip.

DTDC is not taking any efforts to contact Consignor & Consignee (both the valid numbers are available with DTDC), and communicate. My Document is missing, I feel this is very irresponsible behavior from a reputed service provider.
