Sir,
I am Mr. Satya Narayana from Visakhapatnam, I have taken a Reservation ticket to Train Number 8507 it is from Visakhapatnam To Ameristher (Herakud Express) journey is on 14- 08- 2010 my parents from Visakhapatnam To Talcher (Orissa). It is around 1000 km from here. So, i have requasted to the person who is giving the ticket to give the Lower Births to my parents because my father has met with an accident and he couldnot walk properly and mother is aged so she is also haveing joint pains and got an operaton in the right knee so it diffecult for them to climb up if they give the upper birth.
But the person who was giving the ticket and she has given SIDE LOWER and them SIDE UPPER was that much rood that she souted at me and told that if u want to take the tickets which i am giveing u then take or else go and cancel the ticket she was saying. While she was clisking on her keybord then also i was requesting her not to give the upper or middle births because they couldnot clomb up. But she told u Requst to TTE in train to adjust them someware. I told there is more then 196 seats vacent u couldnot adujest them how can a TTE help Me.
I Requst U that this Punishement which is given to my Parents from your peaple shouldnot be repated to any other old people again.
